handbuilding in stoneware clay,firing electric kiln to 1280?
teaching older ladies,does anyone have ideas that are easy to put together but look good?I have taught the basics of coils and slab and we have slab roller and extruder to work with.This area is not my forte being a production potter,and really prefer the wheel.their past work was to roll out small bits of clay ,put into a plate and paint with ceramic paint.Avarage age of Ladies is about 80 yrs. I love teaching them but can't seem to get better ideas
